Because who doesn’t love a little more Power Rangers in their life? The tabletop game company Renegade Game Studios recently unveiled their upcoming Power Rangers: Heroes of the Grid. Fans of the current Boom! Studios Mighty Morphin Power Rangers and Go Go Power Rangers comics will recognize inspiration drawn form the current Shattered Grind story arc.
Designed by Jonathan Ying and with artwork based off Dan Mora’s Go Go Power Rangers art, the result is a positively stunning game box. The game Power Rangers: Heroes of the Grid can have anywhere from 2-5 players and needs around 45-60 minutes to complete a single session.
Additionally, there’s an orderable Shattered Grid expansion, which also includes the Hyperforce Rangers. Plenty of stuff, including amazing miniatures, will leave Power Ranger fans most satisfied. If you’re attending Power Morphicon on August 17-19, then you can stop by Renegade’s booth for further instruction on the game itself.
The core game is going to arrive on Kickstarter on August 14th and the developers are hoping to release it sometime in the spring of 2019.
