For some reason or another, even though people are still reeling with having had to deal with Twilight: New Moon a few months ago, the sequel is already going to be showing this summer, June 30, 2010…so be sure to set your calender, seeing as you won’t be able to enter a theater that day and if you do, meet an untimely end, being trampled by young girls with pictures of Edward plastered all over their chests. There will be a bunch of people who care about this trailer/movie with the passion of a million exploding suns and there will be others that would rather be forced to ingest a bottle of putrid milk then be forced to come to terms with the fact that another sparkly-vampire movie is being made.
Regardless, Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, and Taylor Lautner are all returning to the big screen to star in Stephanie Meyers’ series that is an attempt to pervert the world of vampires and what women have come to expect from men. I’d say this trailer had something cool to offer, but it doesn’t. All the problems that were dealt with in its predecessor are still the hot topic of debate in this movie. I thought the whole purpose of having the second movie was to deal with Bella and Edward and how she wanted to be a vampire and blah blah blah. But no, the problem is never ending just like this damn series. I could rant until i drove myself into drinking a bottle of whiskey, but instead I’ll let the trailer speak for itself and let you all be the judges.
